Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This is a remote position (must be based in the US).

If you enjoy building a full scope of project management deliverables and establishing a global view of the entire workflow, ensuring financials and resource management data is accurate throughout all internal systems.

You will work with discipline leads to determine budgets, deliverables, resources and timing for client projects.

What you’ll do

Own the scope of project deliverables and establish a global view of the entire workflow, ensuring financials and resource management data is accurate throughout all internal systems

Work with discipline leads (Group Client Director, Client Director, Creative Director, Strategy, Director of Delivery) to determine budgets, deliverables, resources and timing for client projects

Work directly with client to document and ensure deliverable feedback is clear for both the client and the internal team

Execute and maintain projects in accordance with work quality and margin expectations once they’ve been formally approved

Document, establish, and communicate best practices of process and production delivery back to the agency

Track deliverable profitability in partnership with Client Director and provide solutions for increasing margins

What you bring: 

Knowledgeable in web technologies, web development process and delivery solutions with creative components, media and advertising projects, and digital strategy projects

Experience in executing and maintaining projects in accordance with work quality and margin expectations 

Ability to track deliverable profitability in partnership with the Client Director and provide solutions for increasing margins

Ability to document, establish, and communicate best practices of process and production delivery 

Experience in providing supervision, development and management of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and freelance Project Managers
