Content Operations Manager
Liquid Agency is seeking a full-time, remote Content Operations Manager to develop and execute a data-driven content strategy that enhances brand impact and business performance. This role combines content strategy, analytics, and project management to optimize content across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with client standards and strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy & Management
- Conduct content audits to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with client goals.
- Manage, track, and ensure the accuracy of a high volume of content across websites, campaigns, emails, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency, SEO best practices, and digital marketing standards.
- Collaborate with teams to support multi-channel campaigns.
- Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and UTM tracking to drive content decisions.
- Implement tagging strategies and build measurement plans.
- Create reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Build measurement plans and perform quantitative analysis, including data visualization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for analytics, offering training and support for teams.
- Training & Resource Development
- Develop toolkits, guides, and training materials on content best practices.
- Conduct workshops to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
- Project Management
- Oversee content projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
- Use Jira to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in content strategy, content management, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Data & Analytics Expertise: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, UTM tracking, and data visualization.
- SEO & Digital Marketing: Deep understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing strategies, and multi-channel content optimization.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple content projects using tools like Jira.
- Communication & Training: Proven ability to develop training materials, conduct workshops, and guide teams on content best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights to improve content performance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
