Talent Acquisition Manager

Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

If you thrive in developing and cultivating relationships, building an ongoing network of talent, and owning the full lifecycle of the recruitment experience, we’d like to meet you. 

You will work to manage the end-to-end talent network and acquisition process for all roles across the agency, striving to continuously build a broad and deep network of talent. 

What you’ll do:

Partner with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle from identification, assessment, to offer, and post-hire check-in

Be a thought partner with the leaders of Liquid to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that help define the way Liquid recruits talent

Recruit talent with a constant lens on diversity, equity, and inclusion

Be an ambassador in the candidate experience, managing all logistics for interview and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates

Own and manage our freelance talent network initiative, driving  discipline leads to identify and evaluate talent to meet their ongoing freelance recruitment needs

Recruit and maintain a rolodex of external freelance resources; negotiating rates and contracts and owning the qualification process

Manage our freelance talent network system, ShortList, maintaining integrity of data, populating with ongoing talent, and continuously optimizing system for use insuring ShortList is a reliable and valued platform for the Liquid freelance network 


What you bring:

4+ years experience resourcing talent in a production/marketing/advertising type agency 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Experience in recruiting and maintaining an inventory of core skills  organized by proficiency, frequency, and context of use 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to evaluate individual performance based on skill level and project needs to provide meaningful and constructive feedback to managers

Effective negotiation and problem solving skills

A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees 

Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail

Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
